1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use our websites, products, and integrations — including our LinkedIn Community Management features and our recruitment workflows (candidate sourcing, communication, and reporting).

2. Who we are

For the services described here, TalentWorth is the data controller under the GDPR (EU/EEA). If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you may exercise your rights using the contact above.

3. What data we collect

• Website data: device info, IP address, cookies/analytics.
• Account/admin data: names, emails of our page admins/users.
• Recruitment data (candidates/clients): CV/resume details, links to public profiles (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub), work history, skills, communication history, scheduling info.
• LinkedIn Community Management: content you ask us to publish (text, images, videos), related post IDs/URLs, and limited engagement metadata (e.g., counts of reactions/comments). We do not scrape member data and we do not store private LinkedIn profile data beyond what is necessary for the requested action.

4. How we collect data

• Directly from you (forms, email, scheduling).
• From third‑party platforms you connect (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Drive).
• From public sources where lawful (e.g., public LinkedIn profiles for recruitment).

5. Why we use your data (lawful bases)

• To provide and improve services (contract/legitimate interests).
• Recruitment operations: sourcing, matching, and communicating about roles (legitimate interests and/or consent).
• LinkedIn publishing & community management you authorize (contract/legitimate interests).
• Compliance and security/fraud prevention (legal obligations/legitimate interests).

Where we rely on consent (e.g., optional marketing), you can withdraw it anytime.

6. How we share data

We use trusted processors to run our services, for example hosting/infrastructure and automation (e.g., AWS/GCP, n8n), productivity/storage (e.g., Google Workspace, Airtable), communications (e.g., Slack/Email provider), AI providers used in content generation (e.g., OpenAI/Anthropic), and LinkedIn (when you connect your page or authorize actions). We require processors to protect data and process it only under our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

If data leaves the EEA/UK, we use lawful safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and apply additional measures where required.

8. Retention

• Candidate/recruitment records: up to [12–24] months after last activity (unless you ask us to delete earlier and we have no legal reason to keep it).
• LinkedIn post content/IDs/metrics: up to 90 days unless longer is required for troubleshooting or legal reasons.
• Access tokens: stored securely and only for as long as needed to provide the integration.

9. Your rights

Subject to law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. To exercise rights, contact info@talentworth.co. You also have the right to complain to your local authority (in NL: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

10. Cookies & analytics

We use necessary cookies and may use analytics to understand usage. You can manage preferences via your browser or our cookie banner (if applicable).

11. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect data (encryption in transit, limited access, logging/monitoring). We minimize scopes and apply least‑privilege access for integrations like LinkedIn.

12. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

13. Data deletion for LinkedIn & recruitment

If you want us to delete data processed via our LinkedIn or recruitment features, email  info@talentworth.co with subject “Data deletion request” and include relevant identifiers (e.g., LinkedIn post URL, candidate email). We will respond within 30 days.

14. Changes

We may update this policy; we will post the latest version here and update the Effective date.
